Terrible service we had drove for 8 hours arrived tired at 10.30pm there was no Concierge already and then machin could not find our booking we called all numbers emergency number etc Noone would pick up then I contacted 訂房網站 they said book a new room we will sort it and give a refund and in the end I get an email there will be no refund the hotel rejected it . Absolutely ridiculous and unfair due to there hotel problems and Noone picking up I paid double !!!!!!!! I am very upset with the service.
